One of the girls at work brought in some of this pecan pie. I'm trying hard at the whole being healthy thing, apparently not hard enough though because someone tried it and said it was incredible...yep that was enough to convince me to try some! It was amazing! So I had to share the recipe with you. It is a Belinda Jeffrey recipe from an old Delicious magazine. Now I know it's not the most attractive looking dessert but trust me it makes up for it in taste! You know the whole...it's whats on the inside that counts!
