These are a few of my favourite (foodie) things...

There are thousands and thousands of blogs out there today, especially food blogs! But on occasion I stumble across a blog that gets me so inspired and I waste hours devouring every picture and every word. So I decided it's time I shared the love!

Here are a few food/photography blogs that I think are so jam packed with creativity, gorgeous pictures and inspiration that they deserve a spotlight shone on them...

Hope you enjoy them as much as I do!!

WHAT KATIE ATE: Ok I am sure most of you may already know about this blog but I just had to give a mention to the blog that kicked all this off for me. It was love at first sight! So much creative talent this lady has it's slightly ridiculous!

CALL ME CUPCAKE: Hands down the best baker/food photographer/all round creative genius in the world!! Be warned though, if you're on a no sugar diet of any kind I wouldn't look at these pictures or you may find yourself running to the nearest piece of cake...or whole cake for that matter!!

Our engagement shoot

A few weeks ago we had pleasure of doing an engagement photoshoot with The Robertsons. Their photography is incredible and they captured our love for each other and excitement to be GETTING MARRIED!!

David and Shobz (team Robertsons) were happy for me to share their beautiful photos with you all. We had such a great day with this truly talented and oh so lovely pair, starting off with grabbing some brunch and meeting their cutie little boy Elijah, who is a spitting image of daddy! We then headed up a mountain on the outskirts of Canberra to have our shoot done in the stunning wintery Aussie scenery.

I styled the shoot by making a glamorous winter picnic for the first scene. For the next scene I hand made 8 kites because they represent the fun and silly side of Nick and I. Throw a cozy fire, marshmallows, flowers, Moet into the mix and you have a recipe for the most perfect romantic day!

If you need any wedding or engagement shoots done you really must get in touch with these guys!! THE ROBERTSONS

Enjoy!
